Many many not realize this, but the PS has also come out firmly against the Burqa, which they
call a "prison for women." However one feels about that statement, it is another remind that this debate only serves to distract from the Muslims who are truly locked in place--namely, those living in the suburbs of France's largest cities without jobs.
